Baby Thomas Helps Raise Funds For Lifeboat Station!
By Claire Rawlinson | January 12, 2009
Seven week old baby Thomas Terry has helped to raise much needed funds for Burnham on Crouch Lifeboat Station - before even being born!
Landlady Mo Stevens from the Rose & Crown Public House on Burnham Road, Southminster organised a ‘Guess the Baby’s Weight’ Competition prior to Thomas arriving on the 24th November 2008.
The prize was a delicious meal for two at the pub and the competition raised £128 for the station.
