Come Visit Us!

Burnham on Crouch Lifeboat Station will again throw open it’s doors on Sunday 27 June for it’s annual Open Day!

The event this year promises to be bigger and better than previous years with more attractions and displays showing the skills required of the crew and the capabilities of the boats they use.

The retired Arun Lifeboat ‘Maximus’ will this year be joined by another retired Rother class lifeboat, the ‘Mary Gabriel’ all the way from the National Lifeboat Collection at Chatham.

There will also be chances to test your fitness against the crew and ask questions about the work of all the volunteers at the Lifeboat Station.

Doors open at 11am and the day continues until 4pm. Refreshments will be available and entry is completely FREE!

See you there!
