For the fourth consecutive year Carol Wedge & Jimmy Beekie at the Burnham Bakery in Station Road have organised an Easter Egg Raffle with the proceeds going to  the RNLI.  

The winner this year was the owner of a white ticket no 128 and was a local resident. The total raised for the Floating Boathouse Appeal was £120.00 – smashing last years total.  

The photograph shows Walter Jenkins, Hon Treasurer of Burnham on Crouch RNLI, assisting Jimmy Beekie to pull the winning ticket at lunchtime on Easter Saturday.  

Carol & Jimmie both thanked their patrons for their continuing support of the RNLI.
