The Atlantic 75 ‘Brandy Hole’ Lifeboat was launched to assist an 18ft speed boat which had run into trouble close to North Fambridge Harbour entrance.

When the Lifeboat reached the vessel, a tow was secured and she was taken to the public slipway at South Woodham Ferrers, where she was met by Thames Coastguard.

The Lifeboat then returned to station where she was refuelled and made ready for her next service.
