Burnham on Crouch Lifeboat Station has welcomed it’s two newest recruits, Sam Weetch and Daniel Wright.

Daniel 19, is originally from Hackney, London and now lives and works in Burnham. His ambition is to become a Royal Marine and he is constantly working on his fitness training.

Sam also 19, is a student at South East Essex College studying Health and her ambition is to become a Paramedic. She is also an adrenaline junkie and is very excited about joining the crew.

We all wish Daniel and Sam a long and happy association with the Station and hope they will continue to be as enthusiastic when the pagers next go off in the early hours!
