Launched 14:13, Rehoused 16:10 after dealing with  second incident

The Lifeboat was launched to check out a 35′ speed boat aground on the Buxey Sands with eight people on board.  The boat was found to be high and dry with people walking around her.

After checking that all was well and giving the owner a course to steer for deep water when he floated off, the lifeboat was diverted to check over a 31′ racing yacht which had run aground while racing in the Burnham Week regatta.  On finding that all was well on the yacht they were then diverted to a third incident.
